Windsor's solution is unique as it allows customers to dial in using a dedicated pin number. The solution is ideal because customers may re-direct their telephone numbers out of working hours.
Out of hours support
A dedicated Out of Hours number, which is answered by our Head of Customer Services, is provided should there be any urgent problems that need to be dealt with out of the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. |
