Call Planner: Call Planner is a service which contains some of our most frequently ordered Call Plans.This includes Time/Day plan, Divert plan (up to 3 divert options) and Voicemail to Email.

Call Manager: Call Manager is an advanced version of Call Planner and has a Virtual Receptionist with up to 10 programable options.

Call Director: Call Director is an advanced version of Call Manager and includes an additional Call Queue size on each Virtual Receptionist option.

Net Planner: Basic features of Net Planner include TimeZone options, back-up for each divert plan to the Voicemail to e-mail service' and out of hours number options. Additional feature options include bespoke announcements and mid call transfer capability

You can amend any aspect of your plan by logging into a secure online account any time of the day or night. Any changes that are made will happen instantly

*Time/Day Plan:
You can decide what days of the week and times of the day your unique plan operates

*Voice to E-Mail:
All voicemail's are e-mailed directly to your PC

*Virtual Receptionist:
When a caller rings they hear a welcome message recorded by a professional broadcaster. A menu of up to 10 options follows with the caller asked to choose the appropriate department via their telephone keypad

*Call Queue:
